Chief Strategic Officer

I grew up in the wine industry in the Salinas Valley, basking in the joy of personal connection that occurs with family and friends over shared meals and bottles of wine. Raised by parents who love the adventure and learning that only travel can bring, I spent summers on road trips or in my mum’s home country of Australia, where time spent with friends and family was a paramount priority, enriching our lives and strengthening bonds.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from UC Davis, majoring in International Relations and a minor in Gender Studies. Studying, interning and working abroad as much as possible during my undergraduate tenure, it was while serving in restaurants that I developed a love for wine as the ultimate uniter of people around the world. This passion was intensified at the age of 19 after a summer internship at Campari global headquarters in Monaco, and confirmed unquestionably at 22 during a solo backpacking trip through Europe.

After realizing wine was my purpose in life, I spent the first decade of my professional career “earning my stripes” at international wine industry powerhouses: Beam Wine Estates and Constellation Wines in the US, and with Treasury Wine Estates in Melbourne, Australia.

I moved from Australia to Oregon in 2015 to be a part of the incredibly collaborative wine community found in the Willamette Valley. Prior to founding Premier Cru Solutions with Matt, I was fortunate to serve as the Marketing Director for Sokol Blosser Winery, overseeing all marketing and public relations efforts across the company. There are no words to express my deep gratitude to the Sokol Blosser family, granting me the opportunity to be an integral component of one of the founding families of the Oregon wine industry. During my tenure at Sokol Blosser, I also successfully earned my MBA from Portland State University

I serve on the Willamette Valley Wineries Association as the incoming vice-chair of the marketing steering committee, as well as the Oregon Wine Board Business Education Committee, and am an active member of the global B Corp community: a global movement of private companies committed to using business as a force for good. I am passionately committed to environmental and social sustainability as the future of business and a growing factor driving consumer purchase behavior.

My global breadth of experience provides me with a diverse perspective, an intimate knowledge of subject matters across the industry, and a deep awareness of the power of consumer-centric thinking.

I live with my family in McMinnville, in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine country. I’m married to Jason, the love of my life and my forever travel partner, and am a proud quasi-mum (aka stepmum, a word that desperately needs a rebrand) to our twin kiddos. I live to travel, love to read, hike, practice yoga, and garden, sport purple hair most of the time, and am not ashamed to admit I’m a crazy chicken lady!
